1. Order Processing

All products on thetrendrift.in are made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment process.

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.
  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Locations in India: 5–10 business days
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time depending on courier availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or operational issues.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product weight
  • Shipping method selected

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/message
  • Tracking details and courier information

Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking link.


5. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

Orders may be marked as undelivered or returned due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Customer unavailable during delivery
  • Customer refusing the order
  • Non-serviceable delivery area
  • Failed delivery attempts by courier partner

In such cases, the order may be returned to the fulfillment center (RTO).

Important:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for returned orders.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for orders returned due to customer-related issues.

6. Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals or public holidays
  • Operational disruptions

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


7. Damaged Packages

If the package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Please mention the damage to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
  • Record an unboxing video and take clear photos of the package and product.
  • Contact us immediately for assistance.
