Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to thetrendrift.in. We aim to provide high-quality print-on-demand apparel and accessories. Since all products are custom-made after an order is placed, please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Print-on-Demand Products

All products sold on thetrendrift.in are made-to-order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions mentioned below.


2. Eligible Reasons for Returns or Replacements

We offer replacements or refunds only in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect or printing defect
  • Incorrect size delivered compared to the order
  • Product lost during shipping

To request a replacement or refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.


3. Proof Required for Claims

To process return or replacement requests, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged or wrong-product claims)

Without sufficient proof, we may not be able to approve the request.


4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Customer ordered the wrong size
  • Customer changed their mind after ordering
  • Slight color variation from screen/mockup to printed product
  • Minor measurement variation (±0.5 inches tolerance)
  • Damage caused while opening the package
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailable during delivery attempts

5. Size Exchange Policy

We strongly recommend customers check the size chart before ordering.

As products are printed on demand, we do not provide free size exchanges for incorrect size selection by the customer. A new order must be placed for replacement sizes.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share required proof via email or WhatsApp.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier partner, we will either:

  • Re-ship the order, or
  • Issue a full refund

Orders marked as Return to Origin (RTO) due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address are not eligible for refunds.


8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once the product enters production, cancellation is not possible because the item is custom-made.
